Have I placed my order correctly if I have not received a confirmation email?
It may happen that our confirmation email ends up in spam because of the mention of "Asia" in our name. Therefore, first check your spam or unwanted emails. If you cannot find the confirmation email there, you can always email us and we will check it for you. We will still send you a confirmation.
Can you replenish the stock soon?
We import our furniture ourselves from Asia and several containers are currently in production to quickly replenish the stock. Some products on our website are temporarily sold out and have a delivery time of about 6-8 weeks. Sometimes these delivery times can differ due to a shortage of containers in Asia, which means we have to wait longer before our container can be transported to the Netherlands.

If you would like to buy a product with a longer delivery time, we recommend that you choose the "pay per bank" option. You only have to pay as soon as we know definitively when we can deliver. So you don't have to pay immediately, but we will keep the ordered product reserved for you until it is received. In addition, we will keep you regularly informed of the status before delivery. A week before delivery, you will receive an email with a payment link and various payment options to make payment. You can always cancel if it takes too long and so is not at risk. Can I pay cash on delivery?
At Meubelasia, cash payment upon delivery is only possible by consultation. We will then schedule the order in a route carried out by our driver. Please note that the delivery may then take longer than 5 working days. In addition, we only accept due payment and do not take € 100, € 250 or € 500 notes.

To make things easier and more secure for you as a customer, we recommend choosing other payment options such as Klarna after payment, Credit Card or Paypal. This way you can pay safely and without having cash on hand.


Is it possible to come and see our products somewhere?
Yeah, that's definitely possible. We have a storage with a showroom in Echt where you can visit by appointment to view our furniture items and possibly take it straight away.
Do you often get asked if the products that are in stock are actually in stock?
Yes that's right. We understand that it is important for our customers to know if the products are actually in stock. That's why we check our stock on our website every week. However, sometimes sales are also made outside our website, which can prevent a product that is almost sold out from being sold out of the website in the same period and has not yet been processed on our website. But we will always notify you immediately and you can then choose to get your money back or wait until the product is back in stock. We are always ready to help our customers!


What are the shipping costs?
Most products on our website are sent free of charge to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. For some products, unfortunately, we have to charge extra shipping costs. If there are additional costs, we clearly mention this with the product.
What is the delivery time for orders via the website?
Orders available from stock will be shipped within 2-5 working days via /DHL/by our own driver. We ship for Belgian customers via DHL / in a safe way. Due to staff shortages, it can happen that orders are sometimes longer on the road than 2-5 working days. So keep an eye on your DHL / track and trace. What happens if no one is present at the address given upon delivery?
We request our customers to provide an address where someone is certainly present upon delivery. Unfortunately, if no one is present and the package is returned, we are forced to charge you the extra shipping costs.
What is the delivery time of products available from stock?
Our products in stock can be delivered to you in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany within 2-5 working days. For other countries within Europe, the delivery time is usually 5-10 working days. We do our utmost to get your order to you as soon as possible. If there is any delay, we will of course contact you to let you know.


Can I return my order?
Yes, you can. If you return your order within 14 days undamaged and preferably in the original packaging, according to our terms of withdrawal, then no problem. Please note that the return fee is for the customer. You can find more information about returning on our website under 'Revocation'.
